  • Median Sales Price: $650,000, a 5.7% increase year-over-year, reflecting strong price growth.

  • Active Inventory: 6,136 homes, up 25%, providing more options for buyers.

  • Months Supply of Inventory: Increased to 5.5 months from 4.2 months, signaling a shift toward a balanced market.

  • New Listings: 2,034, up 6.8%, as more sellers entered the market.

  • New Pending Sales: 1,240, down 4.5%, suggesting a more selective buyer pool.

Palm Beach County – Townhouses and Condos

The townhouse and condo market in Palm Beach County displayed different trends:
  • Closed Sales: 641, up 1.3% year-over-year, indicating slight growth in buyer activity.
