Palm Beach Gardens Market Update

The Palm Beach Gardens housing market in March 2025 reflected continued adjustments as buyers and sellers navigated a growing inventory and evolving price trends. Here's a closer look at how both single-family homes and the townhouse/condo sectors performed this month:

Palm Beach Gardens Single-Family Homes 

  • Closed Sales: 83 (down -2.4% from March 2024)

  • Median Sales Price: $982,500 (up 1.3% year-over-year)

  • Active Inventory: 378 homes (up 31% year-over-year)

  • Months Supply of Inventory: 5.9 months (up from 4.4 months a year ago)

  • New Listings: 126 (up 30% year-over-year)

  • New Pending Sales: 99 (up 3.1% year-over-year)

The single-family market saw a rise in inventory, offering more choices for buyers while prices inched upward compared to last year.


Palm Beach Gardens Townhouses and Condos 

  • Closed Sales: 41 (down -23% year-over-year)

  • Median Sales Price: $500,000 (up 11% year-over-year)

  • Active Inventory: 306 properties (up 46% year-over-year)

  • Months Supply of Inventory: 7.1 months (up from 4.5 months a year ago)

  • New Listings: 76 (up 17% year-over-year)

  • New Pending Sales: 45 (down -6.3% year-over-year)

Townhouse and condo prices continued to climb even as buyer activity softened. A substantial increase in inventory may give future buyers more room to negotiate.
