Closed sales jumped 11% to 758 transactions, and new pending sales surged 12% to 1,106, pointing to growing buyer interest in this category. The median sale price held near flat at $315,000, down just 0.6% from last year, making this segment an accessible entry point into the Palm Beach County market. Active inventory dropped 11% to 7,323 units, and new listings fell 13% to 1,580, while months supply of inventory eased to 8.9 months from 10.0 months a year ago.
