The townhouse and condo side of Pompano Beach saw 72 closed sales in February, down 7.7% from a year ago, while the median sale price jumped an impressive 29% to $347,500. Active inventory sits at 803 units, down 23% from last year, and new listings fell 44% to just 130. Months supply settled at 9.0 months, improved from 11.6 months a year ago. New pending sales came in at 86, though that represents a 24% decline year over year.
